Death by Power Cleans and Pushups
With a continuously running clock do one power clean and one pushup the first minute, two power cleans and two pushups the second minute, three power cleans and three pushups the third minute…… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed. Prescribed weight for the women is 95# and for the men it’s 135#.
