Schedule Update: Saturday June 9th – Regular classes are canceled for “CrossFit for Hope.” If you are participating, we need to know by Wednesday and plan to arrive at 8:30am to get ready. Everyone else is welcome to come cheer us on! The first heat will begin at 9am sharp.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
