Tuesday WOD – 061912

Tuesday’s WOD includes a movement most of you have probably never seen, the Curtis P.  The Curtis P is actually a combination or “complex” of movements using a barbell.  First the bar is cleaned from the floor, then with the bar in the front rack position, the athlete performs a left leg lunge and a right leg lunge, and finally, they perform a push press and then return the bar to the floor.  This equals one rep.  See the video above for a demonstration and get ready to Curtis P tomorrow!
