For a while, we were recording your times on the board when you yelled out TIME at the end of a WOD. But, there are a lot of new faces in the gym, (which is awesome!! So happy to see our WCCF community growing!). But there are too many of you in most classes for us trainers to keep track of everyone’s times. So if everyone could please check the clock as soon as you finish your WOD, and then go up and write your time (or rounds/reps for an AMRAP) on the board. One of the key tenets of CrossFit is that we define and measure fitness. Recording and tracking your WOD performance is how we measure your increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains! We don’t just list everyone’s times to see who is the “best”. It’s about your own lifelong journey towards fitness! And tracking all of your WODs will allow you to look back and see how far you have come in that journey!
