Paleo Challenge
The Paleo Challenge Begins Sept. 17th. Starting next week, Sept. 10th, we will be performing Benchmark WODs, taking measurements, snapping before pics, and holding Paleo seminars in order to prepare for the Challenge! Each participate must chip in $20 at the time they take their Before Measurements. All the Rules for the Challenge will be explained during the Seminars on Wednesday, and they will also be posted on the Paleo Challenge Page.
