Want to get some work in?

Try the Sots Press with a broomstick. Get into the bottom of a squat with the stick in a back rack, snatch width grip. While holding the bottom of a squat, perform an overhead press with the stick.

For the Handstand walks, these can be practiced at home, just make sure you have enough space. You can also do wall climbs and handstand holds against the wall.

L-Sits can be practiced from the floor. Sit with your legs straight out in front of you, hands tight against your sides and try to push your butt and legs slightly off the floor.

There you go, you can do an at home scaled version of the WOD.
