Just because the challenge is over, doesn’t mean you should go back to bad eating habits.  The goal of the Paleo Challenge is to help you realize how healthy eating can improve your life in many ways.  Also, if you are hitting up all the Paleo Benchmarks on Weds through Fri, you may want to consider taking a rest day today.
