Whole30 Challenge – Day 9
Just a reminder, a LARGE part of evaluating the winner of the challenge will be your personal essays. This is where you tell us what kind of effect the Whole30 had on you, whether physical, mental, digestively, etc. We’re 9 days into this thing, and you are probably starting to feel results. Write them down; keep a little journal of how you are feeling day to day. It will make it much easier to reflect on the challenge after day 30 and write your essay.
