Over the hump! Smooth sailing from here. Today’s food to try: AVOCADO! If you haven’t been eating avocado, you are missing out on a delicious addition to your meals. I put that sh*t on everything! While technically a fruit, we group avocados in the “Fats” category as they are an excellent source of healthy fat! Put some slices on a salad, make guacamole, put on top of chili in place of sour cream. The options are endless.
