The CrossFit Games Open
The first Open WOD is released Thursday night and we will be performing it this Friday! All members will be doing the Open WODs so come cheer on the 4:30 and 5:30 pm classes and stay to have some food and drinks after!
Bring a dish to share and BYOB! If you can bring some food, post it here so we know what people are bringing!
