EMOM 5 Burpees, beginning when the clock starts.

Performance
1. Smolov 1/4 – HBBS 10X3 @ 85% – rest at least 2 minutes

2. and 3. to be completed during Barbell Club:
2. 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.

3. 15 Minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.

4. 30 Bar Muscle-Ups for time, with a 5 Burpee buy-in EMOM beginning when the clock starts.
