1. Pull-up Capacity
7×10 Kipping Pull-ups – rest 60s between
OR 6×10 Kip Swings & 3xME Strict Pull-ups

2. 5 Rounds for time:
2 Rope Climbs, 15′
12 DB Push Press 50/35
12 Hurdle Hops 30/24

Performance
WEIGHTLIFTING:
1. 2 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk – EMOMx6

CLASS:
1. C2B Pull-up Capacity
7×10 Kipping/Butterfly C2B Pull-ups – rest 60s between

SKILLS:
1. Kipping Muscle Ups
Beginner: 7×5 Arch to Hollow Ring Swings
Advanced: OTMx6 – 5 Burpees + 3 Muscle Ups
