Partners alternate completing full rounds.
Performance
WEIGHTLIFTING:
1. Tall Snatch 4×2, add 5lbs to last week’s top triple
2. Snatch + Overhead Squat, 5 sets, add 5-10lbs to last week’s top set of Snatch + OHS + Snatch
3. Clean & Jerk 5×2@70-80%
METCON:
With a Partner, 10 RFT:
6 Push Press 155/105
12 C2B Pull-ups
48 Double Unders
